Irak'ta faaliyet gösteren bir kablo üretim tesisinde görevlendirilmek üzere, kablo üretim makineleri ve hatları konusunda deneyimli Mekanik Teknikeri (Montaj & Bakım) arıyoruz.

Pozisyon, Irak'a taşınmayı ve tam zamanlı olarak Irak'ta çalışmayı gerektirmektedir.

Aranan Nitelikler

  • Kablo üretimi sektöründe minimum 7 yıl deneyimli,
  • Kablo fabrikalarında çalışma deneyimine sahip olmak (zorunlu),
  • Kablo üretim hatları ve makineleri konusunda güçlü saha tecrübesine sahip,
  • Aşağıdaki kablo üretim süreçleri ve ilgili makineler konusunda bilgi ve deneyim sahibi:Tel çekme (Drawing) Büküm / Örgü (Stranding) Montaj / Birleştirme (Assembly) İzolasyon (Insulation) Yüksek gerilim kablo üretim hatları (High-Voltage)
  • Endüstriyel makinelerin mekanik montaj, bakım, onarım ve arıza tespiti konularında deneyimli,
  • Planlı ve önleyici bakım süreçlerine hakim,
  • Mekanik arızaları tespit ederek gerekli müdahaleleri gerçekleştirebilecek teknik yetkinliğe sahip,
  • Elektrik bilgisi tercih sebebidir ancak zorunlu değildir,
  • İş ortamında iletişim kurabilecek ve teknik talimatları anlayabilecek seviyede İngilizce bilen,
  • 40 yaşını aşmamış,
  • Irak'a taşınarak çalışmaya uygun.

Görev ve Sorumluluklar

  • Kablo üretim makinelerinin mekanik montaj, bakım ve onarım çalışmalarını gerçekleştirmek,
  • Üretim hatlarında meydana gelen mekanik arızaları tespit etmek ve gidermek,
  • Tel çekme, büküm, montaj, izolasyon ve yüksek gerilim kablo üretim hatlarının bakım süreçlerini yürütmek,
  • Planlı ve önleyici bakım faaliyetlerini gerçekleştirmek,
  • Üretim sırasında meydana gelen teknik problemlere hızlı şekilde müdahale ederek makine duruş sürelerinin azaltılmasına katkı sağlamak,
  • Gerektiğinde yeni makine ve ekipmanların kurulum, montaj ve devreye alma çalışmalarına destek olmak,
  • Üretim ve bakım ekipleriyle koordineli çalışmak.
