Für ein international agierendes Unternehmen mit Standort in Portugal suchen wir ab sofort engagierte deutschsprachige Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für unseren Customer Care Bereich. In dieser Position agieren Sie als zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere internationalen Kunden und repräsentieren die Qualitätsstandards unseres Unternehmens. Vorkenntnisse sind nicht zwingend erforderlich – wir qualifizieren Sie durch ein umfassendes, professionelles Onboarding für Ihre neuen Aufgaben.

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich:

  • Ganzheitliche Betreuung und professionelle Abwicklung eingehender Kundenanfragen über verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle (Telefon, E-Mail, Live-Chat).
  • Sicherstellung einer exzellenten Servicequalität sowie eines kundenorientierten, repräsentativen Auftretens bei sämtlichen Interaktionen.
  • Erarbeitung und Bereitstellung präziser, fundierter und lösungsorientierter Informationen für unsere Klienten.
  • Akkurate Dokumentation und systemische Pflege aller Kundeninteraktionen in der internen Datenbank.
  • Konsequente Einhaltung der festgelegten Corporate-Quality-Benchmarks sowie operativer Team-Standards.
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Fachabteilungen zur Lösungsfindung bei komplexen Sachverhalten.

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

  • Deutschkenntnisse auf Muttersprachenniveau oder verhandlungssicheres C1-C2 Level.
  • Fundierte Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B1-Niveau) für die interne Unternehmenskommunikation.
  • Uneingeschränkte Bereitschaft zur Verlagerung des Lebensmittelpunktes nach Portugal.
  • Eine proaktive, verlässliche Arbeitsweise gepaart mit einer hohen Auffassungsgabe.
  • Ausgeprägte interkulturelle Kompetenz und Teamfähigkeit in einem diversen, globalen Unternehmensumfeld.
  • Zwingend erforderlich: EU-Staatsbürgerschaft oder eine aktuell gültige Arbeitserlaubnis für Portugal.
