Wij zoeken Nederlandstalige Customer Service Medewerkers voor een internationaal merk in Lissabon. Deze fulltime functie is ideaal voor starters, net afgestudeerden of kandidaten zonder eerdere klantenservice-ervaring. Je ontvangt een volledige training vanaf dag één.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Customer Service Medewerker:

  • Beantwoord je vragen van klanten via telefoon, e-mail en/of chat
  • Geef je duidelijke en correcte informatie op een professionele manier
  • Zorg je voor een positieve klantbeleving
  • Volg je interne procedures en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen
  • Registreer je klantcontacten in interne systemen
  • Werk je samen met internationale teams indien nodig

Relocation Bonus & Ondersteuning

Voor kandidaten die verhuizen naar Lissabon bieden wij de volgende ondersteuning:

Voor kandidaten die verhuizen van buiten Continentaal Portugal:

  • Gemotiveerd, flexibel en leergierig zijn
  • Openstaan voor een internationale ervaring

Geen eerdere klantenservice-ervaring vereist — motivatie is doorslaggevend.
