RÉCEPTIONNISTE Le/la réceptionniste joue un rôle crucial dans la gestion administrative de l'établissement. Il/elle est le premier point de contact pour les résidents, leurs familles, le personnel interne et les visiteurs externes Les missions du/de la réceptionniste:Assurer l'accueil quotidien en tant qu'interlocuteur pour les résidents et leurs familles, les collaborateurs et les personnes de l'extérieurRépondre aux appels téléphoniques, transférer les appels vers les départements concernés et prendre des messages lorsque nécessaire.Accueillir, renseigner et guider les visiteursAssurer l´inscription et orienter les visiteurs Travaux généraux de réceptionniste et de secrétariat (réception/envoi/distribution de courriers, classement, traitement des courriels, réceptionner les livraisons, etc.)Effectuer diverses tâches administratives telles que la saisie de données, la tenue à jour des dossiers des résidents et la gestion des formulaires administratifs.Effectuer les réservations de salles Assurer quelques tâches transverses Le profil du/de la réceptionniste : Possession d'un diplôme de fin d'études secondaires au minimum, idéalement un diplôme en gestion administrativeAu moins 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire au cours de laquelle vous avez su faire preuve de discrétion et de respect de la confidentialité Maîtrise des langues luxembourgeoise et française, avec de bonnes compétences en compréhension.Présentation et attitude soignée.Compétence en matier/ière d'organisation. Maitrise du pack MS Office
