📌 El desafío

Buscamos UI Designer para trabajar en productos digitales, dentro de un entorno bancario, colaborando con squads multidisciplinarios y stakeholders diversos.

El cliente para el cual trabajarás es del rubro banca, posee un esquema de presencialidad de 3 veces a la semana en su oficina ubicada en Puerto Madero, por lo que es necesario que vivas en Capital Federal o alrededores.

⚙️ Qué vas a hacer en el día a día

  • Diseñar guías de estilos, componentes y patrones de alta calidad.
  • Aportar tu experiencia en la creación, organización, actualización, mantenimiento y documentación del sistema.
  • ⁠Asumir la responsabilidad de creación de componentes para las librerías del sistema o iniciativas de diseño específicas.
  • ⁠Colaborar en la creación y el mantenimiento de recursos, herramientas y documentación en Figma y Supernova.
  • Explicar, defender y justificar tus decisiones frente al equipo de diseño y desarrollo.
  • Fomentar las relaciones con los equipos de producto y brindarles soporte para asegurar la correcta adopción del sistema de diseño.
  • Trabajar en conjunto con Product y Content Designers para identificar oportunidades de nuevos componentes dentro de sus flujos de trabajo.
  • Brindar soporte y guía práctica a otros diseñadores sobre el uso de patrones compartidos e identificar posibles oportunidades para nuevos componentes dentro de sus flujos de trabajo.
  • Diseñar y dar sentido a interacciones complejas con un sesgo por la simplicidad y la elegancia, asegurando que el producto sea útil y agradable.
  • Asegurar la accesibilidad de los componentes de la librería conforme a los estándares de la WCAG.
  • Auditar diseños e implementaciones del sistema por parte de los equipos de diseño y tecnología estableciendo procesos de validación, mejora, implementación y adopción.

🧠 Qué esperamos de vos

  • Experiencia de +3 años en diseño digital, contribuyendo y trabajando en un Design System.
  • Estudios universitarios de carreras afines a Diseño.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en entorno ágil, siendo responsable, innovador y detallista, con entrega pixel perfect.
  • Experiencia en construir, diseñar y contribuir a la documentación de componentes en un Design System.
  • Conocimiento de Design Ops para documentar y estandarizar procesos del equipo de diseño a nivel organizacional.
  • Comprensión sólida del diseño de interacción, leyes heurísticas, los principios de Gestalt, usabilidad y conocimiento práctico de accesibilidad.
  • Experiencia en el diseño y documentación de estilos, componentes y patrones para el uso de otros diseñadores y desarrolladores.
  • Amplia experiencia en herramientas de diseño, gestión de bibliotecas de estilos y componentes (Figma).
  • Conocimientos en User Centered Design y Design Thinking.
  • Conocimiento de HTML, CSS orientado a UI.
  • Familiaridad con marcos front-end como React o Vue, junto con una herramienta como Storybook.
  • Comunicación efectiva que puede trabajar y colaborar de forma transversal con los equipos de Producto, Ingeniería, Diseño y Marketing.
