Estamos buscando diseñadores UI talentosos que quieran crear interfaces de usuario potentes y acertadas. El candidato ideal debe tener un ojo agudo para el diseño y debe ser capaz de interpretar y traducir los objetivos de diversas herramientas digitales en interfaces intuitivas, de alto impacto, y con un sentido estético elevado.

Descripción del cargo

El diseñador UI es responsable de la creación y materialización de interfaces que mejoren la experiencia de usuario y comuniquen de manera clara la estrategia del negocio y cumplan el objetivo del activo digital. Hará parte de equipos interdisciplinarios y participará en proyectos para diferentes industrias.

Funciones del cargo

Colaborar con el equipo de diseño UX en la conceptualización y materialización de experiencias de usuario.

Entender arquetipos y tipos de usuario para crear interfaces coherentes y acertadas

Diseñar flujos, wireframes y mockups que comuniquen claramente y de manera intuitiva el funcionamiento de diversos activos digitales

Crear sistemas de diseño, UI Kits y guías de estilo

Ejecutar el diseño de interfaz desde la idea hasta el entregable al equipo de desarrollo

Crear prototipos funcionales

Calificaciones requeridas

Mínimas:

Experiencia en diseño UI y portafolio

Experiencia en ejecución de proyectos con un equipo de diseño interdisciplinario

Conocimiento alto en estándares de diseño y usabilidad

Conocimiento medio-alto en Figma

Deseables:

Conocimiento en HTML y CSS

Animación en After Effects

Experiencia en UX
