Den här tjänsten är för vår kund som finns på 3 olika provinser i Spanien: Barcelona, Malaga och Alicante.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

Som kundtjänstmedarbetare hos Nordic Talent representerar du både oss och vår uppdragsgivare på ett professionellt och serviceinriktat sätt. Du kommer att:

  • Vara kundens första kontakt via telefon, mejl, chatt och sociala medier
  • Hjälpa till att lösa kundfrågor med fokus på behov och kundnöjdhet
  • Bidra till en hög servicenivå och skapa positiva, minnesvärda upplevelser
  • Identifiera och föreslå relevanta lösningar som ger mervärde
  • Arbeta med kundlojalitet och merförsäljning där det är lämpligt

Introduktion & anställningsvillkor

För att ge dig bästa möjliga start inleds din anställning med en två veckor lång introduktion, där teori varvas med praktisk träning. Här får du goda förutsättningar att snabbt komma in i rollen och fortsätta utvecklas.

Anställningsform: Tillsvidare, med inledande provanställning på 6 månader

Startdatum: Juni 2025 samt Augusti 2025

Vi söker dig som har:

  • Erfarenhet av kundservice eller liknande roll
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska, både muntligt och skriftligt
  • Goda kunskaper i engelska
  • Hög dator- och systemvana
  • Stark kommunikativ förmåga
  • Ett lösningsorienterat förhållningssätt och förmåga att ta egna initiativ

Du är engagerad, självgående och trivs med att arbeta målinriktat. Du ser möjligheter i varje kundkontakt, gillar att hjälpa andra och har en naturlig känsla för service. Att hantera flera uppgifter samtidigt och anpassa dig efter förändringar är något du behärskar väl.
