Om rollen

Som Retention Specialist har du ansvar for dialoger knyttet til oppsigelser og kundelojalitet. Gjennom en profesjonell og lydhør tilnærming hjelper du kunder med å finne løsninger som passer deres behov.

I rollen vil du blant annet

• Håndtere oppsigelsessaker og kundedialoger

• Jobbe proaktivt for å skape trygghet og langsiktige kundeforhold

• Finne individuelle og løsningsorienterte alternativer for hver kunde

• Bidra til et positivt teammiljø og et godt arbeidsmiljø

Vi ser etter deg som

• Har norsk på morsmålsnivå

• Kommuniserer flytende på engelsk, både muntlig og skriftlig

• Har minst 1 års erfaring innen kundebevaring, salg eller annen kunderettet rolle

• Har erfaring med CRM-systemer og god datakompetanse

• Er kommunikativ, løsningsorientert og trives med kundekontakt

• Har evnen til å snu et “nei” til et smil
