Om rollen

Som Retention Specialist ansvarar du för dialoger kopplade till uppsägningar och kundlojalitet. Genom ett professionellt och lyhört bemötande hjälper du kunder att hitta lösningar som passar deras behov.

I rollen kommer du bland annat att:

• Hantera uppsägningsärenden och kunddialoger

• Arbeta proaktivt för att skapa trygghet och långsiktiga kundrelationer

• Hitta individuella och lösningsorienterade alternativ för varje kund

• Bidra till en positiv teamkänsla och god arbetsmiljö

Vi söker dig som

• Har svenska på modersmålsnivå

• Kommunicerar obehindrat på engelska i tal och skrift

• Har minst 1 års erfarenhet inom kundretention, försäljning eller annan kundnära roll

• Har vana av CRM-system och god datorvana

• Är kommunikativ, lösningsorienterad och trivs med kundkontakt

• Har förmågan att vända ett “nej” till ett leende
