Vi på Nordic Talent söker nu en Talent Acquisition Specialist till vårt interna team – en nyckelperson som vill vara med och forma framtidens rekrytering tillsammans med oss.

Ansvarsområden:

• Bidra med dina rekryteringskunskaper för att säkerställa anställning av högkvalificerade, motiverade och mångsidiga kollegor.

• Säkerställa en snabb, professionell och positiv upplevelse för alla kandidater genom hela rekryteringsprocessen.

• Leverera exceptionell service och skapa en dynamisk, positiv upplevelse för våra interna kunder genom att vara proaktiv, lösningsorienterad och alltid överträffa deras förväntningar.

• Säkerställa att alla system för uppföljning, databaser och administrativa uppgifter är korrekta, uppdaterade och hanteras i tid.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:

  • Förstå jobbprofilen och rekryteringsbehovet genom nära samarbete med kunden.
  • Planera och genomföra ett uppstartsmöte tillsammans med kunden för att samla in nödvändig information och lägga grunden för en effektiv rekryteringsprocess.
  • Skapa och publicera träffsäkra jobbannonser i relevanta kanaler.
  • Sök aktivt efter kandidater i våra interna HR-system Teamtailor samt Linkedin Recruiter och andra relevanta nätverk.
  • Granska och välja ut relevanta kandidater som presenteras för kunden.
  • Samordna med kunden om vilka kandidater som ska bedömas och genomföra kompetensbaserade intervjuer.
  • Säkerställa en bra kandidatupplevelse och en effektiv kommunikation genom hela processen.

Kravprofil:

  • Praktisk erfarenhet av hela rekryteringsprocessen, inklusive intervjutekniker och utvärderingsmetoder.
  • Vana vid att använda sociala medier, CV-databaser och professionella nätverk i rekryteringssyfte. Erfarenhet av att arbeta i Teamtailor ses som meriterande.
  • Flytande i engelska, både i tal och skrift.
  • 3–5 års relevant erfarenhet inom Talent Acquisition.
