Som Team Leader på Nordic Talents kundservice får du en nyckelposition i vårt arbete med att skapa marknadens bästa kundupplevelse. Du ansvarar för det dagliga ledarskapet i teamet och ser till att vi konsekvent levererar förstklassig service – i varje samtal, varje dag. Rollen innebär att kvalitetssäkra teamets prestationer, ta tillvara på insikter från kunder, samarbetspartners och organisationen samt driva ett ständigt förbättringsarbete. Du identifierar utvecklingsområden i både kompetens och processer och arbetar tätt ihop med ledningen för att åtgärda och förebygga dessa.

En central del i din roll är att utveckla och motivera ett högpresterande team om cirka 10–12 medarbetare. Du följer noggrant upp både individuella och gemensamma prestationer, coachar dina medarbetare och säkerställer att de har rätt verktyg, förutsättningar och motivation för att nå sina mål och KPI:er. Du blir en viktig kulturbärare i organisationen och bidrar till en arbetsmiljö som präglas av delaktighet, lärande och en djup förståelse för vad som krävs för att leverera service i toppklass.

Dina ansvarsområden inkluderar:

  • Leda, coacha och inspirera teamet i det dagliga arbetet
  • Följa upp prestationer och säkerställa att teamet levererar enligt uppsatta mål
  • Driva personalutveckling och effektiv arbetsfördelning
  • Implementera och kvalitetssäkra arbetssätt och rutiner
  • Driva förbättringsarbete med fokus på kvalitet, effektivitet och kundnöjdhet
  • Bidra till en företagskultur präglad av affärsdriv och starkt kundfokus

Din profil: För att lyckas i rollen som Team Leader ser vi att du kombinerar erfarenhet och driv med en passion för ledarskap. Vi lägger stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper, men ser gärna att du har tidigare erfarenhet av att leda team framgångsrikt, gärna inom kundservice, support eller callcenter.

  • Du har ett starkt kundfokus och ett brinnande intresse för att leverera service i världsklass
  • Du är positiv, ansvarsfull och har ett skarpt öga för kvalitet
  • Du utvecklas och växer genom ständig lärande – både i din roll och tillsammans med teamet
  • Du är lösningsorienterad och hittar nya vägar framåt, både självständigt och i samarbete med andra
  • Du leder med tydlighet och struktur, samtidigt som du är lyhörd och coachande
  • Du ser feedback som en självklar del av utvecklingen och är bekväm med att både ge och ta emot den
  • Du bygger starka, förtroendefulla relationer både inom teamet och i organisationen i stort
  • Du bidrar aktivt till en positiv och engagerande teamkänsla där människor trivs och utvecklas tillsammans
