Om positionen:

Våra kundtjänst-agenter kommer att besvara inkommande samtal från återförsäljare, handlare och/eller butiksägare som antingen har frågor relaterat till kundjänst-förfrågningar eller tekniska problem relaterade till deras kassasystem.

Vi söker efter någon med:

Du får gärna ha1 års erfarenhet av kundservice

Förmåga att leda kunder genom komplexa processer från början till slut

Organiserad och metodiskt tänkande

Erfarenhet av teknisk support är önskvärt men inte obligatoriskt
