Om rollen

Som kundtjänstagent för vår kund är du en viktig del av teamet som stöttar återförsäljare, handlare och butiksägare. Du hjälper dem via inkommande samtal med olika kundserviceärenden, där din förmåga att guida kunder genom processen och hitta lösningar gör verklig skillnad varje dag.

Vem vi söker

Vi söker dig som:

  • Har god kommunikationsförmåga och gillar att hjälpa andra
  • Är självsäker, empatisk och anpassningsbar
  • Har en strukturerad och problemlösande inställning
  • Har grundläggande tekniska kunskivs med att felsöka enklare tekniska problem kopplade till system, enheter och uppkopplingaper (gärna tidigare erfarenhet av CRM-verktyg)
  • Trivs med att felsöka enklare tekniska problem kopplade till system.
  • Är van vid att använda dator (PC)
  • Gärna vill flytta utomlands

Tidigare erfarenhet av kundservice eller teknisk support är meriterande, men inget krav vi ser till att du får rätt utbildning.
