Como Analista Pleno, você será peça-chave na análise de dados produtivos, suporte direto à gestão e melhoria contínua, garantindo que as metas sejam atingidas.

Atribuições da função:

- Executar levantamentos topográficos e cubagem das pilhas de sal;

- Supervisionar os serviços de limpeza da salina e as ações de controle biológico; Analisar indicadores de produtividade, perdas e custos operacionais;

- Elaborar boletins diários de produção, horas trabalhadas e condições operacionais da salina; Preparar orçamentos para construção, manutenção e conservação de obras civis;

- Monitorar as operações da salina, abrangendo bombeio, abertura e fechamento de comportas, drenagem, abastecimento, colheita, lavagem e empilhamento de sal;

- Providenciar materiais e acompanhar as solicitações junto ao Almoxarifado e/ou setor de Compras;

- Planejar e estruturar equipes para o período de colheita, incluindo remanejamentos e contratações sazonais;

- Disponibilizar mão de obra para apoiar outros setores na execução de serviços gerais.

  • Ensino Médio Completo.
  • Excel médio/avançado.
  • Raciocínio espacial e numérico
  • Liderança.
  • Capacidade analítica.
  • Conhecimento em topografia.

Diferenciais:

  • Formação técnica em Edificações.
  • Experiência prévia em ambiente industrial, preferencialmente em operações de processo contínuo.
