Nosis Laboratorio de Investigación y Desarrollo S.A., empresa líder en Informes Comerciales Online, seleccionará un Setter, que tenga ganas de sumarse al proceso de transformación digital que estamos atravesando, poniendo en práctica el uso de buenas prácticas. Será el encargado de buscar, contactar, calificar, y prospectar clientes potenciales (leads) a través de diferentes medios de contacto, con el objetivo principal de agendar citas o reuniones para el equipo comercial.

Sus principales tareas serán:

  • Contactar leads entrantes y salientes a través de: Llamadas telefónicas WhatsApp Email
  • Realizar tareas de contactación intensiva, siguiendo guiones y criterios definidos.
  • Calificar prospectos
  • Registrar y actualizar toda la gestión en el CRM
  • Cumplir objetivos diarios y mensuales

Requisitos

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de candidatos proactivos, con buena dicción y comunicación clara. Con importante capacidad de escucha activa, persistencia y tolerancia al rechazo. Capacidad para trabajar con ritmo y volumen de contactos. Un perfil metódico, orientado a procesos y cumplimiento de objetivos.

Excluyentes

  • Experiencia previa en call center, contact center o tareas de contactación telefónica.
  • Experiencia realizando llamadas salientes (outbound) y/o gestión de leads inbound.
  • Buen manejo de conversaciones telefónicas y por mensajería.
  • Capacidad para seguir scripts y procesos definidos.
  • Orden y constancia en el registro de información en CRM o sistemas similares.

Deseables

  • Experiencia como SDR / Setter / Inside Sales.
  • Experiencia en venta consultiva
  • Experiencia en entornos B2B.
  • Haber trabajado con objetivos de volumen y métricas claras.
  • Experiencia en empresas de servicios, tecnología o financieros.
