Nosis Laboratorio de Investigación y Desarrollo S.A., empresa líder en Informes Comerciales Online, seleccionará un Analista de Procesos. Será su misión el revisar y optimizar los procesos operativos y administrativos de la organización, asegurando el cumplimiento de las normas ISO aplicables, en caso de corresponder, y proponiendo mejoras que garanticen la eficiencia y el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente.

Serán sus tareas principales:

. Elaborar y mantener actualizados los documentos normativos correspondientes a las políticas, normas y procedimientos que sean requeridos para todas las áreas de la Compañía y en cumplimiento de las normas ISO, en caso de corresponder.

. Identificar, mapear y analizar procesos existentes para detectar áreas de mejora.

. Participar en las auditorías internas y externas para asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas ISO, colaborando con los equipos de trabajo para la integración de los requisitos ISO en sus funciones.

. Generar reportes periódicos sobre el estado de los procesos y el cumplimiento normativo.

. Realizar el seguimiento y control de cumplimiento de las normativas internas implementadas en las diferentes gerencias.

. Cumplir y hacer cumplir las Políticas de Seguridad de la Información vigentes en la Organización.

Requisitos

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de profesionales proactivos, flexibles y resolutivos, con buena capacidad de gestión y análisis, que tengan ganas de sumarse a una compañía líder en su rubro.

  • Experiencia mínima: + 3 años en posiciones similares utilizando herramientas de diseño de flujogramas y de gestión.
  • Formación: Graduados de las carreras de Cs. Económicas, Sistemas, Calidad, Ingeniería o afines.
  • Conocimiento de normas ISO (excluyente)
  • Conocimiento en ISO 27.001 (deseable)
  • Participación en procesos de auditorias
  • Muy buen manejo de PC.
