The Role

As a Strategic Account Executive at Notch, you'll be at the forefront of opening the US banking market - helping commercial and specialty lenders unlock the value of our platform while playing a foundational role in building the banking sales motion from the ground up.

You'll own the full sales cycle from discovery to close on six-figure-plus annual contracts with multiple stakeholders. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with our technical teams to design pilots, navigate multi-threaded buying journeys, and clearly articulate business value to senior decision-makers. Strong commercial instincts and the ability to thrive in ambiguity are a must - this is a novel product in an emerging category, and you'll be helping define how we bring it to market.

Compensation

  • $300k – 450$k OTE (depending on experience)
  • Equity + benefits

What You'll Do

  • Open the US banking market: build pipeline and run complex enterprise deals end to end
  • Build trusted relationships with banking, credit, and technology leaders
  • Partner with internal teams to tailor messaging, demos, and build pilots
  • Track and continually build pipeline while sharing learnings with the teams internally
  • Represent Notch at banking industry events

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of quota carrying sales experience selling software to US banks: core banking, loan origination, credit risk, or similar
  • Closed six-figure-plus annual deals with banks, ideally $10B+ in assets
  • Ran multi-stakeholder cycles involving business, credit, and technology leaders
  • Self-starter comfortable building a territory from zero at a growth-stage company
  • Competitive, motivated and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast paced and flat organization

Nice to have

  • Sold commercial or specialty lending solutions
  • Sold AI or GenAI products to banks
  • Former lender, credit analyst, or banker before moving into sales
