Qui sommes-nous ?

Filiale du Groupe NOVARC (plus de 60 filiales en France et dans le monde), la société AEROLUB est spécialisé dans le développement de gamme et le conditionnement à façon d'aérosols depuis plus de 40 ans.

Afin de renforcer nos équipes, et accompagner notre croissance, nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Assistant(e) ADV & Commercial(e) (F/H), basé à Chaumont en Vexin.

En lien avec la Direction et le service Commercial , vous assurez les missions suivantes :

  • Suivi commercial des clients : conseils, renseignements, informations,
  • Suivi administratif des clients : gestion des commandes, enregistrement des contrats de vente...,
  • Gestion des commandes clients : suivi logistique, prise de contact avec les fournisseurs,
  • Rédaction des devis,
  • Enregistrement des factures,
  • Suivi des paiements,
  • Suivi après-vente, règlement des litiges éventuels en collaboration avec le service qualité.

Profil recherché :

  • Diplômé BAC + 2 ou expérience sur un poste similaire, capacités d’analyse et de synthèse, qualités rédactionnelles, maîtrise du pack office, travail terrain en collaboration avec plusieurs équipes,
  • Expérience dans un poste sur un site de Production,
  • Autonome, rigoureux(euse), dynamique, motivé(e) et disponible,
  • Informatique : maitrise d’OFFICE 365 , connaissance ERP SAGE est un plus,
  • Langue : Anglais souhaité.

Rémunération et les avantages :

  • Une rémunération fixe annuelle (sur 12 mois) ainsi qu’une rémunération variable (Primes, …)
  • Un accord d’intéressement en fonction des résultats de l’entreprise
  • Horaires : du lundi au vendredi, horaires de journée
  • Contrat : CDD suivi d’un CDI
  • Formation : accompagnement par un tuteur et montée en compétences assurée
