Dans ce contexte, l’entreprise recherche son futur Assistant Comptable H/F.

Vos missions

Rattaché(e) a la responsable comptable, vous assurez un rôle clé dans la gestion administrative et financière de l’entreprise. À ce titre, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

  • Assurer la gestion de la comptabilité fournisseurs, de la réception des factures dématérialisées jusqu’à leur mise en règlement.
  • Contrôler, enregistrer et suivre les notes de frais des collaborateurs.
  • Réaliser et assurer le suivi des déclarations fiscales, notamment la DEB (Déclaration d’Échanges de Biens) et la DAS2.
  • Participer au suivi administratif des intérimaires en lien avec les agences d’intérim et les services internes concernés.
  • Contribuer à l’élaboration du reporting mensuel et participer aux travaux de clôture comptable et de préparation du bilan.
  • Veiller à la fiabilité des données comptables et au respect des procédures internes.

Profil recherché :

  • Bac +2 minimum en Comptabilité, Gestion ou Contrôle de Gestion.
  • Expérience de 3 ans minimum en comptabilité générale.
  • Maîtrise du traitement des factures dématérialisées et des opérations comptables courantes.
  • Expérience significative dans la gestion de factures internationales (ex. fournisseurs européens, opérations d'import/export hors UE).
  • Connaissances des déclarations fiscales (DEB, DAS2) appréciées.
  • Utilisation régulière d'un ERP ; la connaissance de SAGE X3 constitue un véritable plus.

Rigueur, sens de l'organisation, autonomie et capacité à gérer les urgences sont indispensables.
