Novarc recrute pour l’une de ses filiales : RETIS SOLUTIONS AFELEC

Retis Solutions (marque de deux entités de production AFELEC et DERVIEUX, CA de 48 M€, 180 personnes, Tarn et Isère) conçoit, fabrique et commercialise des équipements pour réseaux d’énergie, télécom et ferroviaire auprès d’une clientèle principalement composée d’opérateurs et d’installateurs.

Filiale du groupe NOVARC, AFELEC est une entreprise dont l’esprit d’équipe et la bienveillance sont des valeurs clés.

Située à Saint Sulpice la Pointe, le site AFELEC est en perpétuelle évolution. C’est pourquoi nous sommes à la recherche de notre futur(e) Monteur(euse) pylônes F/H à proximité de Nantes/Cholet.

Description du poste

À ce titre, vos principales missions sont :

  • Assemblage et levage de pylônes autoportants treillis ou monotubes
  • Montage d’accessoires sur pylônes existants
  • Renforcement de structures pylônes (treillis et monotube)
  • Respect des plans et dossiers d’exécution
  • Respect des consignes dans la mise en œuvre
  • Mise en application des mode opératoires liés aux travaux
  • Respect des délais
  • Entretien des matériels et outillages mis à disposition

Profil recherché

  • Formation travaux hauteur impérative
  • Vous êtes familier du travail en hauteur et / ou n'avez pas de problème lié au vertige / travail en hauteur. Vous avez une bonne résistance physique - contexte de travail en extérieur, tributaire des conditions météorologiques à l'année.
  • L 'itinérance sur ce poste est une notion essentielle compte tenu de votre zone d'action / intervention.
  • Une expérience de 1 à 2 ans en tant que monteur, sur un environnement de travail sur structures métalliques, de type pylône serait fortement appréciée.
  • Si en plus vous aimez l’esprit d’équipe, alors ce poste est fait pour vous ! Envoyez votre candidature dès que possible pour un retour rapide.

  • Rémunération annuelle brute entre 24k et 27k sur 13 mois
  • Prime annuelle
