O ViaSoft Korp ERP, desenvolvido por programadores em conjunto com engenheiros de produção, proporciona recursos sofisticados de análises e simulações em tempo real. Assim, as empresas conseguem romper limites com o poder da tecnologia. Já o O Korp CRM chegou no mercado como uma força de vendas. O sistema de gestão comercial e relacionamento com o cliente auxilia os negócios a impulsionarem seus resultados.

As Vagas: Atendente Help Desk JR/PL - Curitiba

‍Tarefas:

  • Atender de forma remota (chats, e mail ou telefone) aos usuários do sistema
  • Realizar o suporte do sistema;
  • Analisar o chamado do usuário para solucionar;
  • Gestão do sistema inserindo com clareza e objetividade as informações necessárias para compreensão do atendimento;

Responsabilidades:

No Time de suporte, os atendentes são responsáveis pelo suporte dos módulos dos sistemas atendidos. Sendo esses: Vendas, Faturamento, Financeiro, Produção e Fiscal e Contábil. Este planejamento foi realizado para que os atendentes tornem se especialistas e tenha m domínio na área em que atuam e construam um vasto aprendizado nos fluxos e na própria regra de negócio, passando confiança na comunicação com os clientes. Os atendimentos realizados no sistema de gestão empresarial Korp e ViaSoft são feitos via chat, tickets e/ou contato telefônico. Possuem o SLA de atendimentos de acordo com a urgência do assunto e possuem meta de realiza los de maneira ágil, objetiva e eficiente.

Conhecimentos:

  • Possuir experiência com atendimento a suporte de sistemas ERP.   Para o atendimento do módulo fiscal e contábil: Experiência com rotinas de fiscal e/ou contábil. 

Formação:

  • Ensino superior em andamento em cursos de administração, contabilidade, economia e área relacionadas

Horário de trabalho: segunda a sexta das 8h30 ás 17h30 Remuneração: A partir de R$ 1.800,00
