Está presente em 100% dos estados brasileiros, trabalhando em parceria com milhares de clientes ativos nas mais diversas regiões e áreas de atuação como restaurantes, bares, lanchonetes e diversos estabelecimentos do comércio varejista em geral. Seus produtos são: Gestão Completa, Frente de Caixa PDV, Mesas e Comandas onde reúne soluções de PDV, ERP e autoatendimento para restaurantes, comércio e varejo em geral. Recentemente a Locaweb anunciou a aquisição da ConnectPlug.

Implantador de Software - Onboarding - Remote Work

👩🏽‍💻Tarefas:

  • Aprender e atualizar se sobre o sistema da CPlug;
  • Atuar com implantação de software com base no modelo de negócio do cliente;
  • Realizar treinamentos sobre a usabilidade do sistema da CPlug nos clientes;
  • Instalação remota de softwares e periféricos (impressoras fiscais e não fiscais, balanças, coletores de código de barras, terminais de pagamento, etc);
  • Acompanhamento com prestação de atendimento ao cliente durante o processo de implantação e onboarding;
  • Manter constante comunicação com o time de implantação, suporte e desenvolvimento buscando otimizar a usabilidade do sistema à aderência do cliente.

✍🏻 Responsabilidades:

  • Prestar um excelente atendimento ao cliente, sendo empático, simpático e paciente;
  • Buscar ser resolutivo;
  • Trabalhar em equipe é fundamental para a comunicação e a excelência do atendimento.
  • Entender os processos para implementação.

🔑 Conhecimentos e Competências:

  • Já ter atuado com atendimento remoto ao cliente;
  • Experiência com sistemas de PDV;
  • Ser usuário e ter habilidade para uso da informática e tecnologia;
  • Senso de urgência, dinâmico e proativo;
  • Rápido aprendizado, capacidade de assimilar, aprender processos em um ambiente de trabalho dinâmico;
  • Conseguir trabalhar de forma resiliente sob pressão;
  • Facilidade em possuir a visão sistêmica de um negócio.

Diferenciais:

  • Linguagem de programação HTML;
  • Banco de dados Mongo DB;
  • Ferramenta Postman.

  • Buscar pelo conhecimento e por desafios para crescer pessoalmente e profissionalmente. Deve-se buscar comunicação e trabalho em equipe, num setor na qual mais trabalha-se em equipe da empresa inteira, customer experience.

🎓 Formação:

  • Ensino superior cursando ou completo.

✴ O que buscamos para iniciar o processo:

  • Experiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente de forma remota.

▶Horário de trabalho: Segundas a Sextas das 9 as 18h ou das 8 as 17h.

▶Remuneração: Faixa de R$ 1.500,00 a R$ 2.000,00.
