A ConnectPlug é um ecossistema de soluções para gestão de foodservice e varejo. Produtos como Frente de caixa (PDV), autoatendimento, delivery, cardápio digital, programa de fidelidade entre outros módulos.

A Vaga: Closer - PL - Curitiba - PR

‍Tarefas:

  • Acompanhar e atualizar indicadores da área;
  • Atualizar e compreender ferramentas de CRM;
  • Executar o processo de vendas de acordo com o playbook e contribuir para sua melhoria;
  • Participar de treinamentos;
  • Compartilhar conhecimento com o restante do time.

Responsabilidades:

  • Prestar um excelente atendimento ao cliente, sendo empático, simpático e paciente;
  • Buscar ser resolutivo.

Conhecimentos:

  • Experiência em vendas de SaaS;
  • Conhecimento de técnicas de vendas (Spin Selling, BANT, GPCT);
  • Perfil competitivo, movido por desafios e com vontade de crescer;
  • Experiência com CRM;

Desafios:

  • Buscar pelo conhecimento e por desafios para crescer pessoalmente e profissionalmente. Deve-se buscar comunicação e trabalho em equipe, num setor na qual mais trabalha-se em equipe da empresa inteira.

Formação:

  • Ensino médio completo com cursos na área comercial.

O que buscamos para iniciar o processo:

  • Experiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente de forma remota.
  • Experiência prévia com venda de SaaS.

Horário de trabalho: Segundas a Sextas das 9 as 18h.  Remuneração: R$1.800,00 + Comissão de acordo com o MRR (Receita Recorrente Mensal) + quantidade de vendas.  Benefícios:

  • VR: R$ 22,00 /dia - desconto de 10% - cartão flash
  • VT ou ajuda de R$ 70,00 de estacionamento
