O Analista de Sistemas Júnior tem como missão garantir o funcionamento e disponibilidade dos sistemas de operação, incluindo pedágio, monitoramento de tráfego e painéis de mensagens (PMV). Atua no suporte aos integrantes, manutenção corretiva e preventiva, pequenas customizações, monitoramento de desempenho e segurança dos sistemas, além de apoiar na geração de relatórios e na homologação de atualizações, contribuindo para a continuidade e eficiência das operações.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGarantir o funcionamento dos sistemas de pedágio, operação, monitoramento de tráfego, painéis de mensagens (PMV) e outros.Prestar suporte na operacionalização dos sistemas, além de oferecer treinamentos para garantir o uso adequado e eficiente pelas equipe.Realizar manutenções preventivas e corretivas.Avaliar solicitações de usuários para adaptar/customizar os sistemas para atender suas necessidades específicas(ex: relatórios, dashboards, integrações).Acompanhar indicadores de disponibilidade e performance dos sistemas da operação.Apoiar na gestão da segurança da informação, auxiliando no monitoramento de acessos, na aplicação de políticas internas, na atualização de permissões de usuários e no suporte à equipe em boas práticas de proteção de dados.Integrar sistemas de tráfego com órgãos reguladores ou centros de controle.Apoiar na geração de relatórios gerenciais sobre fluxo de veículos, arrecadação, incidentes e outros indicadores operacionais, coletando e organizando dados, realizando análises básicas e apresentando informações de forma clara para subsidiar a tomada de decisões.Apoiar na homologação de novos sistemas ou atualizações, realizando testes básicos de funcionalidades, identificando eventuais falhas, documentando resultados e reportando melhorias à equipe de desenvolvimento ou fornecedores.Participar de projetos de modernização tecnológica(inovação): implantação de TAGs automáticos, melhorias em sistemas de atendimento ao usuário, entre outros.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO QUE É INDISPENSÁVEL PARA O CARGOEnsino Superior Completo em Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Análise de Sistemas ou áreas correlatas;Qualificação ou experiência profissional comprovada em suporte técnico, instalação, atualização ou manutenção de sistemas de tecnologia da informação.SERÁ CONSIDERADO COMO UM DIFERENCIALConhecimento das ferramentas do Pacote Office; Conhecimento prático nos sistemas TOTVS, incluindo Protheus, Fluig, RM e TCOP. Experiência prévia em Concessionárias, infraestrutura, rodovias ou serviços regulados;
