Buscamos um(a) Analista de Sistemas Jr para atuação presencial em grande empresa do segmento logístico localizada em São Bernardo do Campo/SP.

Você irá atuar na sustentação e suporte de primeiro nível (N1) dos sistemas da empresa, realizando atendimento aos usuários, triagem e investigação inicial de incidentes, identificação de problemas e levantamento de necessidades de melhoria. Terá contato direto com as áreas de negócio, atuando como ponto inicial entre o usuário e as equipes técnicas, com foco nos sistemas relacionados às operações de Transporte e Armazenagem (TMS/WMS).

Você será responsável por:

Realizar atendimento e suporte de primeiro nível (N1) aos usuários internos; Receber, analisar e realizar a triagem de chamados, identificando categoria, impacto e prioridade; Investigar problemas reportados pelos usuários, buscando reproduzir os cenários e identificar possíveis causas; Realizar validações e testes básicos nos sistemas; Executar consultas simples em banco de dados Oracle para apoiar análises e investigações; Registrar evidências, análises realizadas e informações necessárias para o tratamento dos chamados; Escalonar incidentes para os níveis responsáveis quando necessário, mantendo o acompanhamento até a conclusão; Apoiar o levantamento inicial de necessidades e melhorias junto às áreas de negócio; Transformar necessidades identificadas em informações estruturadas para análise das equipes responsáveis; Elaborar e manter documentações funcionais, procedimentos e bases de conhecimento; Apoiar testes e validações de correções e melhorias; Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos e sistemas; Apoiar o acompanhamento de integrações entre sistemas de transporte, armazenagem e demais sistemas corporativos.

• Graduação completa em Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas ou áreas correlatas; • Conhecimento básico de banco de dados Oracle, APIs e Web Services (principalmente REST e SOAP); • Conhecimento de processos de sustentação e atendimento de sistemas; • Conhecimento básico de metodologias ágeis, como Scrum e Kanban; • Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente em São Bernardo do Campo/SP.

Será considerado um diferencial se você tiver:

• Experiência anterior em suporte ou sustentação de sistemas; • Experiência com sistemas TMS, WMS ou sistemas relacionados à logística; • Conhecimento de processos de transporte, distribuição ou armazenagem; • Conhecimento em emissão e processamento de documentos fiscais e/ou documentos relacionados ao transporte; • Conhecimento Azure Devops e ferramentas de monitoramento e acompanhamento de integrações; • Familiaridade com ferramentas de gestão de chamados/atividades e conhecimentos de integração entre sistemas;
