Core Competencies• Communication• Delegation• Results Oriented• Customer Service• Teamwork• Flexibility/Adaptability• Problem Solving• Relationship Building Responsibilities• Lead and manage the daily work assignments, workflow prioritization, and performance of NCC team members to ensure operational excellence and timely service delivery. • Train, coach, mentor, and motivate new hires and existing NCC employees through onboarding, refresher training, and ongoing professional development initiatives. • Establish team goals, performance metrics, and productivity targets to ensure production levels, service standards, and customer expectations are consistently met. • Serve as the subject matter expert for Data Intelligence products and services, providing guidance and technical expertise to internal teams and customers. • Collaborate with customers to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and design customized solutions that align with strategic objectives. • Deliver product presentations, technical demonstrations, and training sessions to prospective and existing customers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for product, operational, and service-related matters. • Support internal departments by providing technical product knowledge, communicating product updates, and serving as a liaison between customers and product development teams to relay feedback and enhancement opportunities.• Lead and participate in special projects, process improvement initiatives, and other duties as assigned by leadership. Qualifications• Bachelor’s in Business Administration/Technology or related field, or equivalent industry experience• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Engineer or related field within a technology company• Casino operations experience and/or knowledge• Experience in presentations to various levels of stakeholders• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce• Excellent time management and organizational skills NRT is an equal opportunity employer and does not use AI within its hiring process in most cases.
