Am Standort Filderstadt bei Stuttgart suchen wir in Vollzeit, ab sofort und natürlich unbefristet Dich für den Customer Service Airfreight Import.

Deine Hauptaufgabe? Mit deinem Organisationstalent und internationalen Netzwerk managst du Luftfrachtimporte von A bis Z – effizient, termingerecht und immer kundenorientiert.

  • Komplette operative Import-Abwicklung im Bereich Luftfracht
  • Zollabwicklung von Luftfrachtimportsendungen
  • Internationale Kommunikation und Kontakte mit Kunden, eigenen Büros Weltweit, Agenten und Lieferanten
  • Offerten Erstellung für ad hoc-Anfragen
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten operativen, logistischen Abläufe sowie deren Qualität
  • Dokumentenabwicklung
  • Erstellen und Sicherstellen der Nachverfolgung der SOP der Kunden
  • Tracking & Tracing
  • Fakturierung und Kontrolle eingehender Rechnungen

Deine Talente

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Bereich Luftfracht Import, idealerweise im Bereich Spedition/Logistik
  • Erfahrung mit dem TMS CargoWise One ist ein Plus
  • Hoher Qualitätsanspruch bei ausgeprägter Serviceorientierung und Eigenmotivation
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ein gewinnendes Auftreten
  • Teamfähige, integre und flexible Persönlichkeit mit effizienter, zielorientierter Arbeitsweise
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und modernen CRM-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
