Wir suchen für unseren Standort in Hamburg und Filderstadt ab sofort in Vollzeit und unbefristeter Anstellung Dich!

Du bist ein echter „Hunter“ und liebst es, neue Kunden zu gewinnen? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig! In dieser Rolle sorgst Du mit Deiner Energie und Deinem Verhandlungsgeschick dafür, dass unser Unternehmen stetig wächst.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aktive Neukundenakquise im Bereich Luft- und Seefracht – vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Vertragsabschluss
  • Ausbau unseres Kundenstamms durch gezielte Ansprache und Aufbau langfristiger Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Vorstellung unserer Services beim Kunden vor Ort, per Telefon oder Video-Call
  • Verhandeln von Preisen, Angeboten und Konditionen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Innendienst
  • Marktbeobachtung und Identifizierung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
  • Teilnahme an Netzwerkveranstaltungen, Branchenevents und Messen zur Kundengewinnung
  • Dokumentation Deiner Aktivitäten und Ergebnisse im CRM-System

Dein Profil

  • Du bist Vertriebler aus Leidenschaft, hast Hunter-Mentalität und keine Scheu vor der Kaltakquise
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Speditions- oder Logistikumfeld (Air & Sea) wird vorausgesetzt
  • Kommunikationsstark, durchsetzungsfähig und mit einer „Macher“-Einstellung
  • Selbstständig, zielorientiert und motiviert, die Extrameile für den Kunden zu gehen
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und CRM-Systemen
  • Führerschein Klasse B und Reisebereitschaft für Kundenbesuche
