A Nuctramix está buscando um(a) Analista Financeiro para integrar nossa equipe. Nesta posição, você será responsável pela gestão da carteira de clientes, monitoramento e recuperação de crédito, além de atuar no alinhamento de processos de conciliação bancária e na interface com os demais departamentos da empresa.

SUA MISSÃO

Assegurar o fluxo de caixa através do controle eficiente de contas a receber, gestão de crédito, conciliação bancária e negociação de inadimplências, mantendo a saúde financeira e o bom relacionamento com os clientes.

PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES

  • Monitorar continuamente a carteira de clientes, identificando títulos vencidos e atuando de forma assertiva no contato e na cobrança de débitos em aberto;
  • Negociar dívidas, reestruturar prazos de pagamento e atuar na recuperação de crédito de clientes inadimplentes;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com as equipes Comercial/Vendas, Atendimento e Jurídico para resolver divergências que impeçam o recebimento;
  • Gerar e processar arquivos de remessa e retorno junto às instituições bancárias, mantendo as cobranças atualizadas;
  • Realizar a conferência diária dos recebimentos, efetuando o cruzamento entre extratos bancários e títulos faturados para realizar as devidas baixas no sistema;
  • Elaborar relatórios periódicos de posição de contas e acompanhar indicadores de inadimplência;
  • Desenvolver e atualizar planilhas e relatórios gerenciais para suporte à tomada de decisão;
  • Executar outras demandas pertinentes ao setor financeiro conforme o fluxo de trabalho.

REQUISITOS

  • Ensino Superior Completo em Finanças, Processos Gerenciais, Administração, Economia ou áreas afins;
  • Vivência prática em rotinas de contas a receber, cobrança, conciliação bancária e análise de crédito;
  • Domínio de sistemas ERP (módulos financeiros/faturamento);
  • Domínio intermediário ou avançado de Pacote Office / Microsoft Excel (fórmulas, planilhas e relatórios gerenciais).
