Willkommen bei Nunatak und unserem Data & AI Lab! Für unseren Standort in München suchen wir eine*n Data & AI Intern (m/w/d). Du bist fasziniert von den neuesten KI-Entwicklungen und hast gleichzeitig das strategische "Big Picture" im Blick? Bei uns erwartet dich die perfekte Mischung aus klassischer Strategieberatung und innovativer Arbeit in unserem Data & AI Lab. Wir suchen ein echtes Talent, das uns dabei unterstützt, die Brücke zwischen Technologie und Business Impact zu bauen und die digitale Transformation unserer Kund*innen aktiv voranzutreiben.

Aufgaben

Als Intern bei Nunatak bist Du von Tag eins an mittendrin. Wir vertrauen Dir folgende Aufgaben an:

  • Strategische KI-Analysen & Research: Du recherchierst zu komplexen strategischen Fragestellungen, aktuellen Tech-Trends und Marktpotenzialen. Dabei nutzt Du souverän moderne KI-Tools (z.B. Perplexity, Advanced Data Analysis), um unstrukturierte Daten zu analysieren und managementtauglich aufzubereiten.
  • Support im Data & AI Lab: Du unterstützt unser Entwickler- und Consulting-Team bei der Konzeption, Ausarbeitung und dem Testing von innovativen KI-Use-Cases – vom ersten Brainstorming über Prototypen bis hin zur skalierten Implementierung.
  • Translation & Storytelling: Du hilfst dabei, die Brücke zwischen Tech und Business zu schlagen. Du unterstützt bei der Konzeption überzeugender Präsentationen und bereitest komplexe technologische Lösungsansätze für unsere Kund*innen verständlich auf.
  • Projektunterstützung & Workflow-Optimierung: Du unterstützt unsere Consultants im agilen Projektablauf und nimmst aktiv an Kund*innenmeetings teil. Intern nutzt Du Dein Wissen, um unsere eigenen Prozesse intelligenter und effizienter zu gestalten (z.B. durch Erstellen von KI-gestützten Workflows)

Anforderungen

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Akademisches Fundament: Ein begonnenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, BWL (mit Tech-Fokus), o.ä. (mindestens im 4. Fachsemester) mit hervorragenden Studienleistungen.
  • Hands-on KI-Skills: Du hast praktische Erfahrung in der intensiven Nutzung von Large Language Models (wie Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) und weißt, wie man durch smartes Prompting exzellente Ergebnisse erzielt, ohne diese blind und ohne Faktencheck zu übernehmen.
  • Das „Tüftler-Gen“ & AI Mindset: Du hast eine echte Leidenschaft für Künstliche Intelligenz und ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für die digitale Welt. Du musst nicht zwingend programmieren können, aber Begriffe wie LLM, API oder Agentic AI schrecken dich nicht ab – sie machen dich neugierig.
  • Consulting Mindset: Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie die Lust, strategisch zu denken und pragmatisch umzusetzen.
  • Soft Skills: Du bist kommunikationsstark, ein absoluter Teamplayer und verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Eigenorganisation.
  • Tools & Sprachen: Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, sicherer Umgang mit gängigen KI-Systemen (erste Erfahrungen mit erweiterten Funktionen wie Claude Code wünschenswert), sowie verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse und Ausdrucksstärke in Deutsch und Englisch (schriftlich wie mündlich).
  • Verfügbarkeit: Idealerweise hast Du drei bis sechs Monate Zeit für Dein Praktikum.
