Als HR Generalist mit Fokus Recruiting (m/w/d) liegt Dein klarer Schwerpunkt im Recruiting und Employer Branding. Darüber hinaus bringst Du Dich in die Personalentwicklung, HR Operations sowie People Analytics und die Weiterentwicklung unserer HR-Prozesse ein.

Aufgaben

Hier liegt Dein Schwerpunkt:

Recruiting & Employer Branding

  • Direktansprache passender Bewerbender über LinkedIn
  • Bewerbendenmanagement in Personio
  • Planung und Durchführung von Interviews für verschiedener Positionen
  • Planung von und Teilnahme an Personal- und Hochschulmarketing-Veranstaltungen im In- und Ausland
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Employer Brandings

Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du bei:

Personalentwicklung

  • Begleitung und Koordination des halbjährlichen Performance-Review-Prozesses
  • Gestaltung, Planung und Koordination von Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei Entwicklungsgesprächen mit dem Consulting- und Non-Consulting Team

HR Operations

  • Onboarding neuer Mitarbeitender gemeinsam mit unserer Office Managerin
  • Allgemeine Personalverwaltung: Vertragserstellung und -anpassungen, Bescheinigungen, Zeugnisse sowie Ein- und Austritte

People Analytics & Prozesse

  • Aufbereitung und Auswertung von HR-Kennzahlen, z. B. Time-to-Hire und Fluktuation
  • Überarbeitung bestehender Prozesse für effizientere interne Abläufe
  • Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Policies
  • Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung von Prozessen und Tool-Implementierungen

Anforderungen

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren HR-Position in einem Start-up, einer Unternehmensberatung oder einem ähnlich dynamischen Umfeld, idealerweise mit internationalem Bezug
  • Sehr gut abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal
  • Erfahrung im Active Sourcing, idealerweise über LinkedIn
  • Erfahrung in der Führung strukturierter Interviews und in der Bewerbendenauswahl
  • Leidenschaft und Interesse an KI Tools
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Umsetzungsstärke sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstbewusstes Auftreten und eine eigenverantwortliche, proaktive und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
