Aufgaben

Als Principal bei Nunatak vertrauen wir Dir folgende Aufgaben an:

  • Akquise von Kund*innen und Projekten
  • Pflege bestehender Kund*innenbeziehungen, auch über Deine laufenden Projekte hinaus, und die Abstimmung mit Entscheidenden bis C-Level
  • Konzeption bereichsübergreifender Strategien
  • Projektsteuerung und -koordination interner und externer Teams
  • Aufbau, Leitung und Motivation von Projektteams – als fachliche*r Impulsgeber*in genauso wie als persönliche*r Mentor*in

Anforderungen

Das bringst Du mit:

  • ein abgeschlossenes Diplom-/Master-Studium in BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen o.ä., mit hervorragenden Leistungen; MBA oder Promotion wünschenswert
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (inkl. Projektleitung) auf Senior-Ebene in einer Strategieberatung
  • fundiertes Wissen über Trends, Technologien und Modelle im Umfeld der Digitalisierung (Lean Startup, Design Thinking etc.) sowie Kenntnisse im Bereich Mergers & Acquisitions
  • die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zu durchdringen, daraus konkrete, strategische Handlungen abzuleiten und sie umzusetzen
  • Leadership-Erfahrung und überzeugendes Auftreten als zentrale*r Repräsentant*in von Nunatak
  • ein umfangreiches Netzwerk an potenziellen Kund*innen
  • die Fähigkeit, langfristige Kund*innenbeziehungen aufzubauen und Neukund*innen zu gewinnen
  • Unternehmertum sowie analytisches und strategisches Denken
  • ein Selbstverständnis als Berater*in und Dienstleister*in
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement und agilen Projektmanagement-Methoden sowie MS Office
  • verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse und Ausdrucksstärke in Deutsch und Englisch (schriftlich wie mündlich)
