In deze uitdagende functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse leiding van onze winkel. Je zorgt ervoor dat de winkel er altijd perfect bij ligt, dat de klanten een topervaring hebben en dat de omzetdoelstellingen worden behaald.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder meer:

  • Leidinggeven aan het verkoopteam en het coachen van medewerkers
  • Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de commerciële resultaten van de winkel
  • Zorgen voor een perfecte presentatie van de producten
  • Bestellingen plaatsen en ontvangen van goederen
  • Promoties en animaties organiseren
  • Inventarissen uitvoeren en kassaverschillen opvolgen
  • Samenwerken met andere diensten

Om deze functie succesvol te kunnen vervullen, voldoe je aan het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt een passie voor retail
  • Je hebt een sterke commerciële drive en bent resultaatgericht
  • Je bent een teamplayer en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Je bent flexibel en kan goed prioriteiten stellen
  • Een succesvolle ervaring als verkoopmedewerker is en must
  • Je bent spreekt goed Nederlands, Frans en Engels
