Wil je jouw expertise in arbeidsrecht en sociale wetgeving verder uitbouwen? Als HR Legal bied je juridisch advies en ondersteun je het HR-team bij het uitwerken en toepassen van een sterk en correct HR-beleid.

💼 Wat ga je doen?

Als HR Legal ben je het aanspreekpunt voor arbeidsrechtelijke en HR-gerelateerde juridische vragen. Je combineert juridische expertise met een sterke interesse in sociale relaties en werkt nauw samen met HR, management en sociale partners.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

· Adviseren over arbeidsrecht en sociale wetgeving.

· Opvolgen van de sociale relaties en aanspreekpunt zijn voor sociale partners.

· Voorbereiden, organiseren en bijwonen van ondernemingsraad en CPPT, inclusief verslaggeving en opvolging.

· Ondersteunen van HR bij o.a. sociale verkiezingen, lonen, loontransparantie, tijdsregistratie, mobiliteitsbudget, training, compliance en GDPR.

· Opstellen en nakijken van arbeidsovereenkomsten, addenda en andere HR-documenten.

· Opvolgen van relevante wet- en regelgeving en vertalen naar de organisatie.

· Als bedrijfsjurist volg je ook de regelgeving over tabaksproductenensigaretten.

Jouw profiel

· Master in de rechten, bij voorkeur met kennis/ervaring in arbeidsrecht.

· Ervaring met sociale relaties en HR-juridische vraagstukken.

· Sterke communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden.

· Nederlands en Frans: zeer goede kennis, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

· Praktisch, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht.

· Je werkt graag samen en bent een toegankelijke juridische sparringpartner voor HR en de business.
