1、本科及以上学历，机器人、自动化、人工智能、计算机、软件等相关专业优先。 2、3年以上ToB领域销售经验，有人形机器人、智能硬件、科研设备、工业自动化或高端装备行业销售背景者优先。 3、有独立开拓教育市场的真实案例（如成功签约院校项目等），能清晰阐述项目背景、开拓过程与成果。 4、具备优秀的沟通表达能力与商务谈判技巧，能与校级、二级学院高层、采购主管等高效对接，学习能力强，能快速理解复杂技术产品并转化为客户价值。 5、结果导向，抗压能力强，适应出差。
