1、客户问题处理：及时响应客户问题，独立完成根因定位，完成问题的闭环处理。 2、现场部署与交付：负责机器人在客户现场（如科研院校、展厅、高端制造工厂等）的安装、调试、部署与验收。 3、客户培训与二次开发支持：为客户提供产品操作、维护及API/SDK使用的专业培训，协助客户基于ROS2等接口进行二次开发与功能验证。 4、需求反馈与产品优化：作为连接客户与研发的桥梁，收集现场的一线场景数据、客户痛点及竞品动态。向研发团队输出产品迭代建议，并协助进行新版本的测试与现场验证。 5、技术文档编写：编写并持续更新用户手册、交付指南、故障排查标准作业程序（SOP）及测试报告等技术文档。

1、本科及以上学历，机器人工程、自动化、机电一体化、计算机科学、人工智能、电子信息等相关理工科专业。 2、两年以上工业/机器人相关领域工作经验。 3、熟练使用Linux常用命令及Shell脚本，能基于ROS2独立编写简单节点进行功能验证 4、了解机器人底层硬件架构，熟悉伺服电机、激光雷达、深度相机等核心零部件，熟悉 CAN、EtherCAT、TCP/IP、串口等常见通信协议。 加分项： 1、项目管理经验/PMP； 2、人形机器人/机械臂技术支持经验； 3、电子电气经验。
