Voor onze Membraanafdeling zoeken wij enthousiaste Productiemedewerkers die graag de handen uit de mouwen steken en samen met collega’s willen bouwen aan een mooi en innovatief product.

Hoe kan jij bijdragen?

Als productiemedewerker poduceer je membranen volgens opgegeven specificaties waarbij productkwaliteit en kwantiteit gewaarborgd wordt. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Uitvoeren productie- en ondersteunende werkzaamheden
  • Bundelen van product en registereren van productiegegevens
  • Uitvoeren van dagelijkse schoonmaakwerkzaamheden
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles zoals het nemen van samples
  • Registrerem van kwaliteits- en productiegegevens
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift
  • Bereidheid om in een 5-ploegensysteem te werken

Werktijden

Wij werken in een 5-ploegendienst. Dit betekent:

  • 2 diensten van 06.00 uur tot 14.00 uur
  • 2 diensten van 14.00 uur tot 22.00 uur
  • 2 diensten van 22.00 uur tot 06.00 uur
  • Daarna ben je 4 dagen vrij 🎉

Wat bieden we jou?

Naast een afwisselende en technische functie binnen een dynamische werkomgeving, kun je rekenen op aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden. Je ontvangt een bruto maandsalaris tussen de €2650 en €2950 bruto per maand exclusief een ploegentoeslag van 28%.

Daarnaast vinden we een goede werk- prive-balans belangrijk. Daarom krijg je bij ons 30 vakantiedagen per jaar. En omdat gezond werken ook belangrijk is, staat elke maandag en woensdag vers fruit voor je klaar en bieden wij een fietsplan aan. Uiteraard hebben wij een prima pensioenregeling en een reiskostenvergoeding van €0.23 cent per km.

Kortom een fijne plek om te werken, met goede arbeidsvoorwaarden en aandacht voor jou als medewerker.

Wat vragen we van jou?

  • MBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Werkervaring in een productie (gerelateerde) omgeving is een pre
  • Basiskennis van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift
  • Bereidheid om in een 5-ploegensysteem te werken

Wie zijn wij?

NX Filtration produceert membraanfilters die wereldwijd worden gebruikt om de kleinste vervuilingen uit water te filteren. Denk hierbij aan vervuilingen zoals nanoplastics, organische stoffen, kleurstoffen, medicijnresten, bacteriën en virussen. Dit heeft geresulteerd in nieuwe en eenvoudige processen voor de behandeling van water, het hergebruik van afvalwater en de productie van drinkwater. Het motto van NX Filtration is “schoon en betaalbaar water voor iedereen”. In 2024 is een geheel nieuwe, zeer moderne fabriek in Hengelo in gebruik genomen.
