Descrição da vaga

1.Coletar amostra na larcha manualmente e aleatoriamente, para fazer análise do produto, com gabarito passa ou não passa (coroa, diâmetro de terminação, diâmetro do corpo da garrafa etc), com o objetivo de corrigir possíveis falhas de produção.

2. Acompanhar o processo de rejeito das máquinas de inspeção, presencialmente e visualmente, a fim de corrigir possíveis falhas nos padrões.

3. Monitorar mapa de produção no SIP a cada hora, com o objetivo de acompanhar a eficiência da produção.

4. Trocar informação com a zona quente, em caso de aparecer qualquer tipo de defeito e também com o controle de qualidade, com o objetivo de corrigir os defeitos dentro dos padrões de qualidade definidos.

5. Supervisionar atividades dos operadores de selecionamento que ficam alocados nas paletizadoras e painéis visuais.

6. Preencher relatório, manualmente e eletronicamente, com informações referentes a pressão hidrostática, espessura de parede, preenchimento do PCC, passagem de padrões em máquinas eletrônicas, afim de garantir a qualidade e segurança do produto.

7. Utilizar adequadamente os equipamentos de proteção individual e/ou coletivos, observando e cumprindo as normas e procedimentos de segurança estabelecidos, bem como garantir e monitorar que todos os envolvidos no trabalho em sua célula utilizem corretamente.

8. Verificar tratamento a frio através do teste de atrito garantindo que o vidro flua na linha e consecutivamente em nosso cliente.

9. Verificar a paletiza garantindo que estamos embalando de forma correta a quantidade de embalagens que nosso cliente espera receber.

10. Registrar todas as ocorrências do turno no diário de bordo para consulta de todos na organização.

11. Cumprir as atividades e controles conforme procedimentos existentes.

12. Responder as situações de emergências conforme definido.

Qualificações

  • Formação Técnica em Mecânica ou áreas relacionadas à indústria (Obrigatório)
  • Conhecimento Básico do Pacote Office.
  • Experiência em rotinas de indústria / produção.
  • Disponibilidade de turnos e escalas
