Description du poste

  • Exécuter les bons de travail fournis par les différents services de l'usine ou lors de travaux d'entretien préventif, tout en travaillant de façon sécuritaire à la chaleur et dans des endroits restreints ;
  • Collaborer à la réparation et à l'entretien des structures existantes ou à la construction de nouvelles structures ;
  • Effectuer les travaux de soudure spécialisés liés à l’usine, tel que l'acier et l'inox ;
  • Participer de manière proactive au programme d'entretien préventif de l'usine, à la détection et à résolution de problèmes ;
  • Effectuer d'autres tâches liées à la gestion, l'exploitation et l'entretien du service à la demande de l'administrateur du service ou du superviseur de l'équipe ;
  • Apporter un soutien technique au département des mélanges et élaboration.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme d'études professionnelles en Mécanique industrielle de construction et d’entretien ou diplôme équivalent ;
  • Doit posséder au moins 3 ans d'expérience en maintenance industrielle ;
  • Expérience en soudure préférable, soit technique de soudure à l’arc électrique et au gaz, et technique d’oxycoupage ;
  • Lecture et interprétation maîtrisées de dessins et plans appropriés ;
  • Posséder un coffre d'outils et les outils nécessaires pour effectuer son travail ;
  • Initiative, sens des responsabilités, bon jugement et autonomie ;
  • Bonne condition physique pour effectuer toutes les tâches requises à l’exécution de son travail et pour déplacer et manipuler des objets lourds ;
  • Connaissance des règlements de sécurité en lien avec sa fonction, notamment la carte de compétence pour travailler sur les chantiers de construction, et connaissance des règlements généraux de l’usine ;
  • Réussir un test pratique incluant de la soudure avant l’entrée en poste.

  • Quart de travail de 8 heures (de 6h00 à 14h30) du lundi au vendredi ;
  • Le taux horaire offert est de 40,87 $ / l’heure
