Descrição da vaga

  • Realizar amostragens, inspeções e testes de qualidade em processo e produto acabado conforme os planos de controle definidos.
  • Monitorar indicadores e características críticas do produto, identificando desvios e atuando de forma preventiva e corretiva junto às equipes operacionais.
  • Atuar como agente de qualidade na operação, promovendo a cultura de prevenção de defeitos, foco no cliente, excelência operacional, melhoria contínua e tomada de decisão baseada em dados.
  • Executar medições utilizando instrumentos e equipamentos de laboratório, garantindo a confiabilidade dos resultados.
  • Registrar resultados de inspeções, testes e análises nos sistemas e formulários corporativos.
  • Realizar rastreabilidade de produtos e apoiar investigações de não conformidades, reclamações de clientes e análises de causa.
  • Verificar e liberar produtos conforme critérios estabelecidos, apoiando decisões relacionadas à segregação, bloqueio ou destinação de materiais não conformes.
  • Realizar verificações e passagens de amostras padrão em equipamentos de inspeção automática.
  • Apoiar atividades operacionais relacionadas à inspeção, contenção e retrabalho de produtos quando necessário.
  • Atuar de forma multifuncional, desenvolvendo competências em diferentes processos, equipamentos e tecnologias da área de Qualidade.
  • Manter os padrões de organização, segurança, meio ambiente, segurança de alimentos e disciplina operacional aplicáveis à função.
  • Participar de iniciativas de melhoria contínua, promovendo a solução de problemas, redução de perdas e aumento da satisfação dos clientes.

Qualificações

Requisitos:

  • Formação Técnica Completa: Qualidade, Química, Mecânica, Eletromecânica, Processos Industriais ou áreas correlatas.(Obrigatório).
  • Experiência em rotinas de produção ou qualidade.
  • Conhecimento do Pacote Office
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em Vitória de Sto Antão-PE
  • Disponibilidade de horário.
