Join our dynamic team at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Elizabethton as a Sales Professional, where you will play a key role in driving our dealership’s success by connecting customers with the perfect vehicle. Located in Elizabethton, TN, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a leading automotive brand known for quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles from our extensive inventory.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain features and benefits.
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and product details to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Coordinate with finance and service departments to facilitate smooth transaction processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
