🌍Tu Misión: Impacto y Propósito

En tu día a día, no solo introducirás datos; serás la pieza clave para que la operativa de OCA Global nunca se detenga:

  • Emisión y gestión de facturación
  • Revisión y contabilización de facturas en SAP
  • Control y conciliación de facturas con pedidos y albaranes.
  • Seguimiento de incidencias de facturación.
  • Gestión administrativa de documentación contable.
  • Apoyo al departamento financiero en tareas administrativas.
  • Archivo y registro de documentación.

🤝¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

Más que una lista de requisitos, buscamos las herramientas que te harán brillar en este rol:

  • Formación técnica: Background en FP de Administración o similar (necesitarás esa base organizativa para gestionar el volumen de pedidos).
  • Experiencia con propósito: Al menos 1-2 años realizando funciones similares en departamentos de compras (queremos que te sientas cómodo/a desde el inicio).
  • Dominio de SAP y Office: Estas serán tus herramientas diarias para moverte con soltura en la gestión de datos.
  • Habilidades clave: Comunicación efectiva, empatía y una mentalidad orientada a la resolución de problemas.
