¿Te apasiona el mundo de la gestión internacional y buscas un entorno donde cada tarea cuente?

En OCA Global, no solo gestionamos procesos; trabajamos cada día para hacer del mundo un lugar más seguro y eficiente. Para lograrlo, nuestro equipo de Servicios Centrales en Sant Cugat del Vallès necesita una persona metódica, ágil y con mentalidad global que se convierta en el motor administrativo de nuestras operaciones internacionales.

🌍¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

Tu trabajo será fundamental para que el flujo de pedidos y la comunicación con el extranjero funcionen correctamente:

  • Gestión en Odoo: Introducción y mantenimiento de datos de pedidos, proveedores y facturación en el ERP.
  • Coordinación Internacional: Contacto diario con proveedores y filiales internacionales (principalmente en inglés).
  • Soporte a Compras: Seguimiento de pedidos internacionales y apoyo en la gestión logística y documental.
  • Organización: Gestión de archivos y soporte administrativo general al departamento de operaciones.

🤝Lo que necesitamos de ti:

No buscamos un perfil imposible, sino a alguien que se sienta cómodo con estas herramientas y tareas:

  • Experiencia previa: Al menos 1-2 años en puestos administrativos, idealmente en departamentos de compras o logística.
  • Idiomas: Nivel de inglés alto. Lo vas a usar para hablar y escribirte con partners de otros países.
  • Herramientas: Valoramos positivamente si has trabajado con Odoo, aunque no es imprescindible. También valoramos el uso de otros ERP's.
  • Formación: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Administración o similar.

  • Estabilidad: Contrato indefinido en un grupo sólido y en crecimiento.
  • Cercanía: Formarás parte de un equipo joven con una estructura plana donde el contacto con los responsables es directo y sencillo.
  • Horario y Conciliación: Jornada completa de lunes a jueves de 8.30h a 18h y los viernes de 8.30h a 15.30h. También disfrutarás de jornada intensiva en julio, agosto y vísperas de festivos, además de tener libres los días 24 y 31 de diciembre.
