En Nascor Formación (Línea formativa de OCA Global), seguimos creciendo y buscamos incorporar un/a Técnico/a de Formación Subvencionada para que se sume a nuestro equipo de El Prat del Llobregat. Esta posición es clave para asegurar el éxito de nuestros programas de formación, contribuyendo directamente a la empleabilidad de cientos de personas cada año.

🎯 Tus Misiones Clave

  • Gestionarás programas de formación subvencionada del SOC, desde su diseño hasta su ejecución, asegurando el cumplimiento técnico y documental conforme a la normativa vigente.
  • Coordinarás con docentes, alumnos y entidades colaboradoras, asegurando una experiencia formativa fluida y de calidad.
  • Realizarás el seguimiento administrativo y económico de los proyectos, incluyendo la preparación de memorias, justificaciones y control de documentación exigida por los organismos financiadores.
  • Mantendrás actualizados los sistemas de gestión y bases de datos, garantizando trazabilidad y control del estado de cada proyecto formativo.

✅ ¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

  • Experiencia previa en gestión de formación subvencionada (Idealmente 1-2 años): fundamental para poder incorporarte con autonomía desde el primer día.
  • Conocimiento actualizado de subvenciones de formación en Cataluña.
  • Dominio de herramientas ofimáticas, sobre todo GIA (adicionalmente Excel y gestores documentales): esenciales para asegurar un control eficiente.
  • Capacidad organizativa y atención al detalle, para manejar múltiples programas de forma rigurosa.
  • Perfil resolutivo y con buenas habilidades comunicativas, ya que estarás en contacto con múltiples interlocutores.
  • Posibilidad de desplazamiento a El Prat del Llobregat.
