En Nascor Empresas, buscamos un/a Técnico/a de Formación que lidere la diseño y ejecución de formación presencial a medida para nuestros clientes. Serás el puente entre las necesidades de las empresas y los mejores docentes, asegurando que cada curso cumpla con la normativa vigente y aporte un valor real a quienes lo reciben.

🎯Tus misiones

  • Buscar y seleccionar los mejores docentes para impartir formación presencial de alta calidad.
  • Diseñar y coordinar formación presencial a medida, adaptada a las necesidades concretas de cada cliente.
  • Detectar necesidades formativas dentro de las empresas y proponer soluciones innovadoras.
  • Colaborar con el equipo comercial en la planificación y coordinación de los programas formativos.
  • Actualizar la formación según las últimas tendencias y demandas del sector.
  • Gestionar los cursos en la FUNDAE, asegurando la comunicación, justificación y cierre correctos, cumpliendo con todos los requisitos normativos.
  • Responder a requerimientos de la FUNDAE, garantizando el cumplimiento de la legislación vigente.

✨¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

  • Formación universitaria en Pedagogía, Psicología, Derecho o carreras afines de la rama social.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en funciones similares de diseño, coordinación y gestión de formación presencial.
  • Idiomas: Castellano nativo o muy avanzado, tanto oral como escrito.
  • Capacidad de análisis y planificación, orientado/a a resultados y a la mejora continua.
  • Proactividad y autonomía, con actitud positiva y ganas de apostar por un proyecto en expansión.
  • Experiencia previa en consultoría o formación para empresas será muy valorada.
