Depuis plus de 15 ans, ce cabinet de recrutement accompagne les entreprises dans leur recherche des meilleurs talents grâce à son expertise en sourcing digital et en présélection de candidats.

Avec plusieurs pôles spécialisés, dont un cabinet de recrutement généraliste et un cabinet dédié au management de transition et aux prestations de RPO, ils travaillent aux côtés d’entreprises de toutes tailles, des start-ups aux groupes du CAC 40 et du SBF 250. Leur mission ? Connecter les bons profils aux bonnes opportunités.

Dans le cadre de leur développement, ils recherchent aujourd’hui un(e) Business Developer en CDI :

Vos missions :

  • Identifier et contacter des prospects.
  • Planifier des rendez-vous (en présentiel ou en visio) afin de présenter leurs services.
  • Proposer et négocier des solutions de sourcing et de présélection de candidats.
  • Assurer le suivi des opportunités via leur CRM et réaliser des reportings réguliers.
  • Atteindre vos objectifs de chiffre d’affaires.

Leurs outils :

Ils mettent à disposition des outils performants pour optimiser votre prospection : HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ainsi que diverses solutions d’inbound marketing et de growth hacking.

Le profil qu’ils recherchent :

  • Une personnalité dynamique et persévérante.
  • Une curiosité naturelle et une bonne culture générale.
  • Une excellente élocution et des qualités rédactionnelles irréprochables.
  • Un esprit entrepreneurial et une forte motivation à se dépasser.
  • Une capacité à créer et entretenir des relations de qualité.

Vos compétences :

  • Bac +5 en commerce ou marketing.
  • Une première expérience en recrutement ou en BtoB.
  • Autonomie, organisation et esprit d’initiative.
  • Aisance avec les outils digitaux et CRM.
