Notre client est un cabinet de conseil en ressources humaines français, implanté depuis plus de 20 ans, accompagnant des dirigeants, PME, ETI et grands groupes dans leurs enjeux de recrutement, développement des talents et transformation RH.

Positionné sur un accompagnement global, le cabinet intervient sur plusieurs expertises : recrutement, assessment, formation, coaching, team building et outplacement. Fort de valeurs humaines fortes et d’une culture entrepreneuriale, il ambitionne de développer une équipe performante et durable, à Lyon.

À propos du poste :

Dans le cadre de son développement, notre client recrute un(e) Partner / Business Developer (H/F) en CDI, basé(e) à Lyon.

Vous interviendrez sur un rôle fortement orienté développement commercial et conseil, auprès d’interlocuteurs de haut niveau (dirigeants, PDG, CODIR), avec une forte autonomie. Le poste est conçu comme une véritable fonction de consultant business, capable de vendre des offres globales RH, au-delà du seul recrutement.

Vos missions :

Développement commercial et relation dirigeants :

  • Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille de clients dirigeants, PME, ETI et grands comptes
  • Prospecter et identifier de nouvelles opportunités business sur des offres RH globales
  • Comprendre les enjeux stratégiques des entreprises pour proposer des solutions adaptées
  • Vendre des prestations variées : recrutement, assessment, formation, coaching, team building et outplacement
  • Construire des relations de confiance durables avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau

Recrutement et accompagnement :

  • Analyser les besoins clients et piloter les missions de recrutement
  • Mener les entretiens de sélection et l’évaluation des profils
  • Assurer un accompagnement qualitatif des candidats et des clients

Profil recherché :

  • Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation supérieure (Bac +3 à Bac +5).
  • Vous justifiez d’une expérience confirmée (minimum 5ans) en cabinet de recrutement, en conseil ou en vente BtoB à forte valeur ajoutée.
  • Vous disposez d’une forte posture commerciale et d’une excellente qualité de discours.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau (dirigeants, PDG, CODIR).
  • Vous êtes autonome, structuré(e), orienté(e) résultats et doté(e) d’un fort esprit intrapreneurial.
  • Vous savez vous adapter et vendre des offres multiples dans un environnement RH.
  • Vous recherchez un environnement exigeant, responsable, humain et engagé.
