Notre client est un cabinet de conseil en forte croissance, spécialisé dans la mise en relation d’experts IT, freelances et managers de transition auprès de grands groupes et de start-ups. Le cabinet développe aujourd’hui sa verticale Life Sciences.

À propos du poste :

Dans le cadre de son développement, notre client recrute un(e) Consultant Senior / BU Manager – division Life Sciences (Pharma & Médico-social) en CDI, basé(e) à Paris.

Vous serez en charge du développement et de la structuration de la BU Life Sciences, avec un fort degré d’autonomie. Vous interviendrez sur la gestion de la business unit, le développement commercial et le pilotage de la performance, tout en bénéficiant d’un accompagnement initial à Lille sur 2-3 jours les 3 premiers mois pour la formation et l’intégration.

Vos missions :

Développement commercial & relation client :

  • Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille de clients dans les secteurs Life Sciences.

•⁠ ⁠Identifier de nouvelles opportunités et piloter les comptes stratégiques de la Business Unit.

•⁠ ⁠Négocier les missions et garantir un accompagnement de qualité auprès des clients.

Pilotage de la Business Unit Life Sciences :

•⁠ ⁠Structurer, organiser et développer les activités de la Business Unit.

•⁠ ⁠Définir et suivre les KPIs et mettre en œuvre les actions nécessaires à l'atteinte des objectifs.

•⁠ ⁠Optimiser les processus internes et les outils de pilotage afin d'améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle.

Management et développement des consultants :

•⁠ ⁠Recruter, encadrer et accompagner vos futurs consultants Life Sciences tout au long de leurs missions.

•⁠ ⁠Définir les objectifs, partager les bonnes pratiques et animer la dynamique d'équipe.

•⁠ ⁠Assurer le suivi de leur performance et contribuer à leur montée en compétences.

Profil recherché :

•⁠ ⁠Issu(e) d’une formation supérieure (Bac+3 à Bac+5).

•⁠ ⁠Vous justifiez d’au moins 2 à 3 ans d’expérience en cabinet de recrutement, ESN, freelance ou dans un environnement Life Sciences / santé.

•⁠ ⁠Vous disposez d’un fort tempérament commercial, d’un leadership naturel et d’une réelle capacité à développer une activité.

•⁠ ⁠Autonome et structuré(e), vous savez piloter la performance, manager une équipe et prendre des décisions dans un environnement exigeant.

•⁠ ⁠Orienté(e) résultats, vous êtes capable de conjuguer vision stratégique et implication opérationnelle.

•⁠ ⁠Vous souhaitez évoluer dans une structure à taille humaine en forte croissance et contribuer activement à son développement.

•⁠ ⁠Vous possédez une excellente connaissance des secteurs Pharma et/ou Médico-social.
