À propos du poste :

Dans le cadre de son développement, ce cabinet ouvre un poste de Consultant(e) en Recrutement, au sein de son bureau situé à Courbevoie.

Vous interviendrez sur un portefeuille client actif dans le secteur de l’ADV / relation clients, avec un haut niveau d’autonomie et des perspectives d’évolution vers le management.

Vos missions :

  • Développement client : Entretenir et développer les relations avec un portefeuille clients existant, sur les fonctions ADV, service client, administration des ventes…
  • Recrutement & sourcing : Identifier et qualifier les meilleurs talents via des outils performants (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, jobboards...).
  • Conseil et accompagnement : Garantir l’adéquation entre les besoins des entreprises et les aspirations des candidats.
  • Suivi & fidélisation : Instaurer une relation de confiance avec vos interlocuteurs pour créer un partenariat durable.

Profil recherché :

  • Vous avez une première expérience en recrutement, en cabinet ou en environnement commercial BtoB.
  • Vous êtes dynamique, autonome, orienté(e) résultats et aimez piloter vos projets en toute liberté.
  • Vous souhaitez évoluer dans une structure agile, performante et ambitieuse.
  • Une appétence pour les métiers de l’ADV, du service client ou du support commercial est un vrai atout.
