Notre client est un cabinet de recrutement marseillais, expert dans l’identification de cadres dirigeants et de profils experts. Il accompagne des entreprises exigeantes dans leurs recrutements stratégiques grâce à une approche personnalisée et humaine.

À propos du poste :

Dans le cadre de son développement, le cabinet recrute un(e) Consultant(e) en Recrutement Executive Search à Marseille pour mener des missions à l’échelle nationale.

Vous intervenez sur l’ensemble du processus de recrutement, en lien étroit avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau, avec pour objectif d’identifier et d’attirer les meilleurs talents.

Vos missions :

  • Mener des missions de recrutement par approche directe pour des postes de cadres dirigeants et experts, de la définition du besoin à l’intégration du candidat.
  • Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille clients en proposant des solutions adaptées à leurs enjeux stratégiques.
  • Conduire des entretiens approfondis pour évaluer compétences, motivations et adéquation culturelle des candidats.
  • Assurer un suivi régulier auprès des clients et candidats pour garantir satisfaction et collaboration durable.
  • Représenter le cabinet et contribuer activement à son développement et à sa notoriété sur le marché.

Profil recherché :

  • Diplômé(e) d’une formation supérieure (Bac +5), avec une expérience significative en recrutement par approche directe, idéalement en executive search.
  • Excellent sens relationnel, capable de construire des relations de confiance avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau.
  • Esprit d’analyse affûté et compréhension des enjeux stratégiques des entreprises.
  • Autonomie, proactivité et orientation résultats, avec une forte motivation pour relever des défis.
